Effective September 1, 2026. This notice describes the Masterwork Surfaces website and inquiry process.

Who we are

Masterwork Surfaces is a DBA and specialized finish division of Masterwork LLC. Oregon CCB #260671.

Information you choose to send

The inquiry form sends the details you provide to Masterwork Surfaces by email and sends a confirmation to the email address you enter. The site does not currently store inquiry content in a customer database. Information may include your name, contact details, project city or ZIP, dimensions, timing, surface conditions, and the description of your idea. If you reply to the confirmation with photos, those photos are transmitted by your email provider.

How project information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, evaluate likely project fit, request additional details, prepare a site-review or proposal path, maintain business records, and protect the parties involved. It is not sold as a customer list.

Website operation

The hosting and network providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Masterwork Surfaces has not currently configured advertising cookies or a customer analytics platform on this site. If tracking or new collection tools are added, this notice and the site controls should be updated before activation.

Service providers and legal needs

Information may be handled by providers that support hosting, email delivery—including Resend—project communication, estimating, records, or professional services. Information may also be retained or disclosed when reasonably necessary for contracts, safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, claims, or enforcement.

Retention and choices

Business communications and project records are retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project, legal, accounting, warranty, insurance, or dispute-resolution purpose. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information, subject to records Masterwork LLC must or reasonably needs to retain.
